Making 3-D Models, May 17th

Join the Pottsville Free Public Library on Saturday, May 17th, for our first “Making 3-D Models” program. Learn more about some of the items that can be made and how the process works! Participants will walk through the process involved in taking a 3-D model from concept to object by creating a simple object in TinkerCAD software and then having it printed out. This is a hands-on program for anyone curious about this craft.

There are two sessions, one at 10 AM and one at 2 PM, so you can pick which time works best for you. These sessions are recommended for ages 6 years old and up and do not require any experience with the software or hardware involved. While the program is free to attend, priority for printing the items will be given to those who register in advance in person at the Library, by calling 570-622-8880 x12, or by emailing the Youth Services Department at potchild@pottsvillelibrary.org.
