Is your laptop slower than slow and you have work to do? Do you want to try using a laptop to see if it’s something you would want to buy for yourself? Thanks to the Covid-19 American Rescue Plan Act Capital Projects Fund Digital Connectivity Technology Program Grant, the Pottsville Free Public Library is now able to lend laptops to Pottsville Library cardholders! We have laptops available for both in-library use, and to check out to take home.
These laptops have Microsoft Office 2021 installed, and are ready to access the internet via any wireless network you have available to you. You will need to have a valid Pottsville Library card and a photo ID to borrow a laptop. Laptops can be checked out for 2 weeks, or used in the Library during the day and returned to the Circulation Desk before closing. Visit the Library for more information.
