Enjoy a spooky Saturday by painting your very own plaster Sugar Skull at the Pottsville Library! You can BYOB and/or snacks to enjoy while you paint! Plaster skull, paint & painting supplies are included. Feel free to bring glitter or add ons if you want something special added to your creation! Program starts at 1:00 PM. $25 per ticket, limited seating.
