Computer Basics Workshop

This basic computer class starts with: what’s on your computer? How do you save or delete a file? How do I move things on my screen? And many other parts of what you see when you turn on a computer.
Thanks to the Broadband Grant, our old computers have been replaced in the lab with new Windows 11 laptops! Attendees will have the option to use a mouse or a track pad to move the pointer around the screen.
Seating is limited and advanced registration is required. Attendees must have a valid Pottsville Library card to sign up. You can call the Circulation Desk at 570-622-8880 ext. 10 to check on your card, or you can begin the registration process from our web page at https://www.pottsvillelibrary.org/how-do-i/join/. Pottsville Library cards are free for residents of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Library District.
