The Pottsville Library is once again accepting orders for Deppen Pies! Who doesn’t like colorful, yummy pie on chilly, gray days? Choose from 12 different flavors: No Sugar Apple, Lemon Sponge, Coconut Custard, Shoofly, 3 different double crusts and 5 different crumb pies. Or, hey, buy one of each! Keep them in your freezer for a treat later, or make yourself a hot cup of tea to enjoy as soon as you get them home. Pies are $13 each and proceeds benefit the Pottsville Free Public Library via our Friends of the Library group. Orders must be placed and paid for by February 2, and pies will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, Feb. 15 after 12 p.m. Stop by the Circulation Desk to place your order today!
