SUMMARY:Computer Basics Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This in-person\, hands-on workshop is for adults who are new to using a PC or want to build more confidence using Windows. Attendees will learn how to navigate the Windows operating system\, use applications\, find and manage files and folders\, and more. The workshop is open to all residents of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Library District\, no library card required.\nWe will be offering the Computer Basics program twice this Fall\, with additional dates possible if necessary.\nRegistration is requested due to the limited seating available in the computer lab. Call the Library at 570-622-8880 to sign up with your name\, phone number\, and the date you wish to attend.\nAttendees will receive a “swag bag” of goodies and be entered into the prize drawing for the workshop. There will also be a grand prize drawing at the end of our Fall series of computer workshops for a new Chromebook laptop.
