DESCRIPTION:MLK Jr Family Enrichment Center-Schuylkill joins the Pottsville Free Public Library and the Schuylkill NAACP for the 2024 African American Read-In on Tuesday\, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. Guest readers will share some of their favorite stories and poems by African American authors as we celebrate the rich history of African American literature. Families and people of all ages are welcome and the event is free to attend. The Read-In will take place at the Pottsville Free Public Library\, 215 W. Market St\, Pottsville\, PA. Recommended books will also be on display in the Library’s Youth Services Department throughout the month of February.
