DESCRIPTION:Join us for the free Computer Basics workshop on Tuesday\, March 11 at 5:30 PM. This one-hour session covers questions like What’s on your computer? How do you save a file? How do you delete a file? The class uses Windows 10 computers but the information is general enough for those who use other kinds of computers. Some familiarity with using a computer mouse is helpful.\nSeating is limited so advance registration is required. Call the Library at 570-622-8880 to sign up\, or stop by to sign up in person.\nRemember\, street parking downtown is free after 5 PM\, so you don’t have to worry about using the parking app or feeding the meter!

Attendees will learn about web browsers and search engines\, build skills to navigate the internet\, and discover tips and tricks for basic and advanced searching online.\n\nThe workshop is open to all residents of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Library District\, no library card required.\nWe will be offering the Internet Basics program on Wed.\, March 26th @ 5:30 PM.\n\nRegistration is requested due to the limited seating available in the computer lab.
