DESCRIPTION:This class covers what you really need to know to type a document like a letter or a report\, how to check your spelling\, and then save or print it. These skills also apply to apps like Google Docs or free software like LibreOffice.Thanks to the Broadband Grant\, our old computers have been replaced in the lab with new Windows 11 laptops! Attendees will have the option to use a mouse or a track pad to move the pointer around the screen.Seating is limited and advanced registration is required. Attendees must have a valid Pottsville Library card to sign up. You can call the Circulation Desk at 570-622-8880 ext. 10 to check on your card\, or you can begin the registration process from our web page at https://www.pottsvillelibrary.org/how-do-i/join/. Pottsville Library cards are free for residents of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Library District.

SUMMARY:Witchy Wednesday: Broom Making Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Fly through witchy season on a brand new handmade broom! This year we are offering two classes\, one on Wednesday\, October 15th at 5:30PM\, and one on Wednesday\, October 22nd at 5:30PM. The class includes basic supplies including broomstick\, broomcorn\, twine\, and full instruction.  You are encouraged to bring dried/artificial flowers\, charms\, ribbons\, or whatever you’d like to decorate your custom broom.  Class size is limited\, so get your tickets early! Pre-paid registration is due by September 1st. Cost is $50 per person.
